A multipurpose interior and exterior primer that seals out solvent sensitive stains and has exceptional bonding characteristics. Also seals out minor dried water stains, smoke stains as well as grease, crayon, ink, pencil stains, etc. Provides an even holdout of the topcoat leaving a smooth uniform sheen. Fast drying time 2 hours. Apply on bare drywall, cured plaster, PVC, ceilings and ceiling tiles, previously painted surfaces, aluminum, wood, hardboard or galvanized metal.
