Refund Policy

We offer a 14 day from purchase return policy. After 14 days we are unable to refund or exchange items purchased.
All returns must be accompanied with a receipt or proof of purchase. Items eligible for return must be unused and in its original packaging.
Goods may be exempt from being returned & includes but are not limited to: perishable goods (food, printed materials), hazardous items including paint, flammable liquids or gases and corrosive chemicals.
Management reserves the right to approve and process a refund once all criteria are met. This refund will either be in the form of a credit or via your initial method of payment. i.e credit card reversal or cash refund.
The company shall not accept liability for errors/ommissions due to 3rd party payment processors. (This may be in the form of a service charge by your financial institution)
All refunds shall incur a 10% restocking fee at the discretion of the manager.
