Coverage: 1.For best protection especially over Galvanize and Wood. 1st coat - 6-8 m2/litre thinned 4:1 2nd coat - 0.5 -1.0m2/litre un-thinned 3rd coat - 0.5 - 1.0 m2/litre un-thinned. Theoretical System DFT = 1.1 - 2.2 mm 2.For Concrete Roofs 1st coat - 6-8m2/litre thinned 4:1 2nd coat - 4-5m2/litre un-thinned. 3rd coat - 4-5m2/litre un-thinned. Theoretical System DFT = 275-350 μm. 3.For other substrates a more economical system is: 1st - 6-8m2/litre thinned 4:1. 2nd coat - 2.0-2.5m2/litre un-thinned 3rd coat - 2.0-2.5m2/litre un-thinned. Theoretical System DFT = 485-610 μm Drying Time: 1st coat Touch: 20 - 30 minutes, Recoat: 60 minutes 2nd coat Recoat 2-3 hours depending on thickness and humidity. 2nd and 3rd coats should be preferably be applied within 48 hours of previous coat, and definitely within 5 days.
