After mixing, it forms a permanent bond and can be shaped, tapped, filed, sanded and drilled after curing. JB KwikWeld has a 1:1 mixing ratio, sets in 6 minutes and is fully cured in 4 to 6 hours. JB KwikWeld cures to a dark gray color and will withstand temperatures up to 300 degrees F.

- Mixed at a ratio of 1:1, it forms a permanent bond and can be shaped, tapped, filed, sanded, and drilled after curing. J-B Weld has a tensile strength of 3960 psi and sets to a hard bond overnight.
- It can withstand temperatures up to 550 degrees F when fully cured.
