KALEIDOSCOPE PENETRATING LIQUID. A thin low viscosity resin solution having a very good penetrating ability to bind powdery residues to provide a satisfactory base to accept further coats of paint. Used as a pre-treatment on exterior or interior surfaces where powdery residues remain after scraping and wire-brushing of old friable lime-wash, oil-bound distemper or emulsion paint.

General Surface Preparation
All previously painted surfaces must be free of all dust, dirt and debris. Thoroughly remove all flaking, semi – adherent, peeling and loose paint.
Directions for Use
:
Apply 1 coat of Kaleidoscope Penetrating Liquid.
Do not thin.
Not for use directly on new/unpainted cement – base or other
alkaline substrates, or areas affected by efflorescence.
