Kaleidoscope Penetrating Liquid is a thin low viscosity resin solution having a very good penetrating ability to bind powdery residues to provide a satisfactory base to accept further coats of paint. Used as a pre-treatment on exterior or interior surfaces where powdery residues remain after scraping and wire-brushing of old friable lime-wash, oil-bound distemper or emulsion paint.
