Where hot water is likely to be encountered, utilize the recommended brass transition unions. Use of FlowGuard Gold CPVC CTS all-plastic threaded male adapters in hot water applications may result in system failure and property damage. Use CPVC CTS x brass threaded transition fittings for hot water applications.
