Toledo Security padlock is constructed of a solid steel body for maximum strength and reliability. Its hardened steel shackle offers maximum resistance to cutting and sawing. The 6-disc bronze cylinder is resistant to pressure.

• Dual steel levers lock both sides of the case-hardened shackle.

• The system utilizes a mounted fixture or punch tool to shear the serrated pins to fit customers' existing padlock key.
• Padlocks do not include keys.
• The universal pin system will only work with Master Lock's original key blank or the M1 blank.
• A universal punch tool is required to match the universal padlock to the consumer's key.
