Custom Building Products Simplefix Quart Bright White Sanded Tile Grout

Ready-to-use product bonds and grouts ceramic floor and wall tile. For interior use only.

• Bonds to concrete, plaster, drywall, cement backer boards, exterior grade plywood. 
• Do not use on shower floors or areas exposed to prolonged water exposure or steam.
• Do not use to install fixtures, stone tile, porcelain, Staltillo pavers, or glass tile.
• As an adhesive use the flat side of the trowel and apply it to skim, immediately followed with additional adhesive using the notched side of the trowel.
• Let dry 24 to 48 hours before grouting.
• As a grout, apply with a rubber grout float.
• Let dry 24 hours.
• Protected with MoldGard Technology to resist mold and mildew growth.
• Clean tools and hands with water before material dries.
• If haze exists on tile, remove it with TileLab grout and tile cleaner.
• Coverage as an adhesive: 50 to 60 sq. ft. per gallon using 3/16″ x 5/32″ V-notch trowel. 40 to 50 sq. ft. using a 1/4″ x 1/4″ x 1/4″ square notch trowel.
• Coverage as a grout: Wall tile; 16 to 24 sq. ft. per gallon: Floor tile; 12 to 20 sq. ft. per gallon.
