Do it Best Pastel Base Alkyd Industrial Coating White 1 Gallon

New and improved interior/exterior, direct to metal (DTM), alkyd (oil base) gloss coating. It is designed for industrial maintenance and construction purposes. Use on machinery, farm implements, fixtures, conveyors, safety equipment, and doors. Provides excellent rust and corrosion resistance. Acceptable for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants. Remove any loose rust, dirt, dust, and oil from the surface to ensure adequate adhesion. For better adhesion, prime bare steel or iron with Do it Best alkyd industrial primer, Model No. W50W90 before applying alkyd industrial topcoat. Prime aluminum or galvanized steel with Do it Best waterborne industrial primer, Model No. W66W900 (SKU 772079) before applying alkyd industrial topcoat. Masonry and block surfaces must be cured for at least 28 days. Clean and fill holes with block filler before applying alkyd industrial coating. Wood must be clean, dry, and sound before applying alkyd industrial coating (self-priming). Apply with brush, roller, or airless sprayer. Clean up with Xylene. Dries to touch in 2 hours, to recoat in 8 hours. Covers approximately 200 to 350 sq. ft. per gallon.
