The 6″ Atlas metal shelf bracket set is a beautiful shelf support that works well to support either wooden or glass shelves from the bottom. Atlas shelf brackets are designed to be used in solid walls only or directly into studs. These will not work in drywall only. The 6″ Atlas brackets are suitable to be used with shelves up to 8″ deep.
Atlas shelf brackets are made of steel with rubber washers to protect your shelf finish and to help minimize mobility of the shelf, as it sits on top. Atlas shelf brackets are available in two sizes: 6″ for shelves up to 8″ deep and 8″ for shelves up to 10″ deep. A unique Atlas feature is the ability to easily level your shelves during the installation process.

The post support screw is off-set slightly so turning the post only a fraction will adjust the height of the shelf on that post’s side. All screws are hidden once mounted for a clean and finished look.
