Carbide-tipped hole saws cut both wood and metal (wood, nail-embedded wood, plastic, aluminum, metal, cast iron, stainless steel and metal). Delivers longer cutting life than bi-metal for faster cutting performance and increased productivity. 2-3/8 In. (60 mm) cutting depth for 40% deeper holes in one pass and increased productivity. Variable Tooth Design for faster cuts. SnapLock Plus mandrel system for quick and easy changes with no down time (includes mandrel, pilot bit, 5/8 In. threaded adapter (fits diameters 1-1/4 In. to 6 In.) and 1/2 In. threaded adapter (fits diameters 9/16 In. to 3-1/16 In.). “One size fits all” mandrel fits all Diablo holes saws in the carbide and bi-metal range, from 5/8 In. to 6 In. diameter. Tool-free plug ejection for fast material removal.
